Job description:

Sales Stylists play a vital role in executing a range of functions and procedures related to customer service, sales, merchandising, and overall store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of the history and heritage of Levi Strauss & Company.
  • Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to every Levi’s® Store visitor through the application of The 3C’s of Success: Connect, Consult, & Close.
  • Achieve or surpass designated sales and performance goals on a daily basis.
  • Adhere to Levi’s® Stores cash handling protocols.
  • Follow store security, safety, and loss prevention guidelines diligently.
  • Collaborate with stock associates in replenishing and tagging merchandise on the selling floor as necessary.
  • Assist in pricing merchandise when required.
  • Participate in physical inventory and cycle counts.
  • Contribute to maintaining the store’s appearance in alignment with Levi’s® Stores visual presentation standards and housekeeping procedures.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends, to meet business needs.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and engage in constant standing, walking, squatting, and bending.
  • A minimum of one year of customer service experience is preferred.
  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
