Job description:

Sales Stylists are entrusted with executing a diverse range of functions and procedures that encompass customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of the history and heritage of Levi Strauss & Company.
  • Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to every Levi’s® Store customer utilizing The 3C’s of Success: Connect, Consult & Close.
  • Achieve or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals on a daily basis.
  • Adhere strictly to Levi’s® Stores cash handling guidelines.
  • Comply with store security, safety, and loss prevention protocols.
  • Support stock associates with the replenishment and security tagging of merchandise on the sales floor as necessary.
  • Assist with pricing of merchandise as required.
  • Participate in physical inventory and cycle counts.
  • Aid in maintaining the store’s appearance in line with Levi’s® Stores visual presentation standards and general housekeeping practices.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evening and weekend shifts.
  • Capability to lift up to 40 pounds, along with the ability to stand, walk, squat, and bend regularly.
  • A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.
  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
