Are you seeking an exciting opportunity in the fitness industry? Orangetheory Fitness Macedonia is eager to welcome new Member Consultants to our dynamic team! We are in search of enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about promoting our mission and sharing our success with everyone who visits our studio or reaches out for more information about enhancing their lifestyle.

The Member Consultant role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including:

– Warmly greeting every individual who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and expertise
– Presenting the Orangetheory Fitness concept to potential members through introductory sessions
– Assisting at our front desk, which includes answering phone calls and engaging with members, among other duties
– Conducting comprehensive studio tours
– Collaborating closely with trainers to guide new clients through their initial Orangetheory workout experience
– Promoting and selling memberships to ensure the studio’s growth and success
– Following up with prospective clients to foster engagement and interest
– Addressing member concerns professionally and objectively, with an aim towards resolution
– Participating in marketing and outreach initiatives to enhance community presence
– Maintaining cleanliness and organization across all areas of the studio

We are currently seeking morning consultants, making this an ideal opportunity for those who prefer an early start to their day and enjoy having the remainder of the day for personal endeavors. Your shift may commence as early as 4:45 AM, allowing for a finishing time around 1 PM. This position can be adjusted for part-time or full-time availability.
