Key Responsibilities:

– Welcome every individual who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and expertise.
– Present the Orangetheory Fitness (OTF) concept to prospective clients during introductory sessions.
– Manage front desk operations, including answering phones and engaging with members.
– Conduct studio tours for interested guests.
– Collaborate with trainers to guide newcomers through their first OTF workout.
– Drive membership sales to contribute to the studio’s success.
– Follow up with prospective clients to nurture interest.
– Address member concerns professionally and aim for resolution.
– Participate in marketing and outreach initiatives.
– Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the studio.
– Attend and actively participate in all relevant OTF training programs.

Qualifications:
