Compensation:

• $15.00/hour (Part-Time + Sales Commission based on membership sales)
• Part-Time – 15-20 hours per week

Position Overview:
The role encompasses the following responsibilities:

• Greet every individual who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and expertise
• Manage front desk operations, which includes answering phones and assisting members with various inquiries
• Conduct studio tours
• Collaborate with trainers to guide newcomers through their initial Orangetheory workout
• Promote and sell memberships to support the studio’s growth
• Follow up with prospective clients
• Address member concerns professionally and objectively, aiming for effective resolutions
• Participate in marketing and outreach initiatives
• Ensure all areas of the studio are clean and organized
