The responsibilities of this position include:

– Presenting the Orangetheory Fitness concept to interested individuals through consultations
– Managing front desk operations, including answering phones and engaging with members
– Conducting studio tours
– Collaborating with trainers to guide new members through their introductory workouts
– Selling memberships to contribute to the studio’s success
– Following up with prospective clients
– Addressing member concerns professionally and objectively, with a focus on resolution
– Participating in marketing and community outreach events
– Ensuring that all areas of the studio remain clean and organized
