We are seeking enthusiastic team members to share our story and success with every individual who enters our studio, calls for more information, or shows even a hint of interest in self-improvement.

Compensation:

  • $15.00/hour (Part-Time + Sales Commission based on membership sales)
  • Part-Time position, 15-20 hours per week
  • Complimentary access to OTF workouts
  • Enrollment in Simple IRA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet every individual entering the studio with enthusiasm and professionalism
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phones and interacting with members
  • Conduct studio tours for prospective members
  • Collaborate with trainers to introduce new clients to their first Orangetheory workout
  • Promote and sell memberships to ensure the studio’s growth and success
  • Follow up with prospective clients to maintain engagement
  • Address member concerns in a professional and objective manner, aiming for resolution
  • Participate in marketing and outreach initiatives
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the studio
