The Sales Associate is tasked with upholding Guest Services in accordance with Company standards. This role involves supporting the Store Management Team by driving sales, conducting housekeeping, merchandising, signage, pricing, operating the point-of-sale system, and adhering to loss prevention strategies in line with Company policies and procedures. Candidates must be at least 17 years of age. The position requires physical capabilities such as climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds, and may involve up to 8 hours of standing or walking.
