Our sales consultants enjoy an average annual salary ranging from $40,000 to $64,000, which combines a base hourly wage with unlimited commission potential. We provide paid training and guarantee a ramp-up salary during your first 60 days of employment. Additionally, employees accrue paid time off at a minimum rate of 40 hours per year in their first year, increasing to 80 hours per year thereafter. Entitlement to paid sick leave is provided in accordance with applicable state laws.

What we’re looking for…
– A high school diploma or GED.
– A minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or sales context.
– Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, during November through December, and/or peak vacation periods.
– Candidates must be at least 18 years of age.
– Proven experience in effective communication with customers to provide solutions.
– Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Physical Requirements
– Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
– Capacity to stand for extended periods.
Training Requirements
All Sales Consultants are required to attend and complete a two-week New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their start date. This training may include overnight travel at the company’s expense. Additional online and computer-based training will be necessary throughout your employment with Victra.
