JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:
– Managing the lead funnel by following up with prospects interested in experiencing Orangetheory, booking their inaugural class, and ensuring an outstanding first-time guest experience, while providing membership information aligned with the Group Fitness Coaches’ recommendations.
– Meeting and surpassing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by generating leads, scheduling appointments, and driving membership/pack sales as well as additional revenue streams.
– Responding promptly to member inquiries and managing any concerns effectively.
– Ensuring brand compliance by adhering to all Orangetheory Fitness systems and procedures, maintaining an organized front desk, and prioritizing tasks as needed throughout shifts.
– Personally welcoming members by name, accurately tracking class attendance, and creating memorable moments by celebrating birthdays, member anniversaries, and personal milestones.
– Staying well-informed about studio activities, including current promotions, fitness challenges, external events, and all corporate initiatives.
– Demonstrating the ability to work independently and taking ownership of individual contributions towards the overall success of the studio and team.
– Assisting with the cleanliness and organization of the studio.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
– Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience preferred.
– 1-3 years of sales experience preferred.
– Comfortable utilizing new technologies, smartphones, and computers.
– A growth mindset and a genuine passion for helping others are essential.
– Strong work ethic, integrity, and a commitment to professionalism are required.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and address member inquiries effectively.
