Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the lead funnel by diligently following up with prospects who have shown interest in Orangetheory, scheduling their first class, and ensuring a remarkable first-time guest experience, while providing membership details as advised by Group Fitness Coaches.
  • Consistently meet and exceed established Key Performance Indicators through lead generation, appointment bookings, and membership/pack sales, contributing to additional revenue streams.
  • Promptly address member inquiries and navigate concerns effectively.
  • Ensure brand compliance by adhering to all OTF systems and procedures while maintaining an organized front desk and prioritizing tasks throughout the shift as necessary.
  • Greet members by name and maintain accurate class attendance records, creating memorable experiences by celebrating birthdays, member anniversaries, and personal achievements.
  • Remain knowledgeable about current studio offerings, promotions, fitness challenges, events outside the studio, and corporate initiatives.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and take ownership of contributions toward the studio’s success as well as the team’s.
  • Support the cleanliness and organization of the studio.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred 2 years of customer service experience.
  • 1-3 years of sales experience preferred.
  • Comfortable working with technology, including smartphones and computers.
  • Possess a growth mindset and a genuine passion for helping others.
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic, integrity, and maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and manage member interactions effectively.
