Job Duties Include:

  • Manage the lead funnel by following up with prospects interested in trying Orangetheory, scheduling their first class, and ensuring an exceptional first-time guest experience in alignment with Group Fitness Coaches’ guidance.
  • Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators, generating leads, booking appointments, and driving membership and additional revenue.
  • Respond to member inquiries promptly and address concerns effectively.
  • Ensure brand compliance by adhering to all OTF systems and procedures, maintaining an organized front desk, and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
  • Personally welcome members by name and accurately track class attendance. Create memorable experiences by celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, and personal milestones.
  • Stay informed about studio events, promotions, and corporate initiatives.
  • Work independently and take ownership of your contributions to the studio and team’s success.
  • Contribute to the cleanliness and organization of the studio.

Job Qualifications:

  • Two years of customer service experience preferred.
  • One to three years of sales experience preferred.
  • Proficient with technology, including smartphones and computers.
  • Possess a growth mindset with a passion for helping others.
  • Demonstrate strong work ethic, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and address member inquiries.
