Job Duties Include:

  • Managing the lead funnel by following up with prospects interested in trying Orangetheory, scheduling their first class, and ensuring an outstanding experience for first-time guests. Share membership details based on recommendations from Group Fitness Coaches.
  • Meeting and exceeding Key Performance Indicators by generating leads, booking appointments, and driving membership and additional revenue sales.
  • Responding promptly to member inquiries and addressing any concerns effectively.
  • Ensuring brand compliance by adhering to Orangetheory systems and procedures while maintaining an organized front desk and prioritizing tasks as needed.
  • Welcoming members by name and accurately tracking class attendance, while creating memorable moments through celebrations of birthdays, anniversaries, and class milestones.
  • Staying well-informed about studio events, current promotions, fitness challenges, and corporate initiatives.
  • Exercising independence and taking ownership of individual contributions to the studio and team’s overall success.
  • Assisting with studio cleanliness and organization.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience preferred.
  • 1-3 years of sales experience preferred.
  • Comfort with new technologies, smartphones, and computers.
  • A growth mindset and a passion for helping others.
  • A strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and manage member inquiries effectively.
