Job Duties Include:

  • Manage the lead funnel by following up with prospects interested in trying Orangetheory, scheduling their first classes, and ensuring an outstanding first-time guest experience, while providing membership details based on Group Fitness Coaches’ recommendations.
  • Meet and surpass Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by generating leads, booking appointments, and driving membership and pack sales, along with additional revenue opportunities.
  • Respond promptly to member inquiries and expertly address any concerns.
  • Maintain brand compliance by adhering to all OTF systems and procedures, ensuring the front desk remains organized, and effectively prioritizing tasks throughout your shift.
  • Welcome members by name and accurately track class attendance, creating memorable experiences by celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, and personal milestones.
  • Stay informed about studio events, including current promotions, fitness challenges, and corporate initiatives.
  • Demonstrate independence and take initiative in contributing to the studio’s overall success.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized studio environment.

Job Qualifications:

  • Preferred: 2 years of customer service experience
  • Preferred: 1-3 years of sales experience
  • Proficient in using technology, including smartphones and computers
  • A passion for helping others coupled with a growth mindset
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and a professional demeanor
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and manage member inquiries effectively
