As a Sales Lead, you will play a pivotal role in creating an inviting environment and delivering an extraordinary experience to every member and first-time guest. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the lead funnel by engaging with prospects interested in Orangetheory, scheduling their initial classes, and ensuring they have an outstanding first-time experience. Provide detailed membership information based on Group Fitness Coaches’ recommendations.
  • Achieve and surpass Key Performance Indicators by generating leads, booking appointments, facilitating membership and package sales, and driving additional revenue.
  • Promptly address member inquiries and effectively resolve any concerns.
  • Uphold brand standards through adherence to all OTF systems and procedures, while ensuring an organized front desk and prioritizing tasks as needed.
  • Personalize member interactions by greeting them by name and accurately recording class attendance. Create memorable experiences by celebrating milestones such as birthdays and personal achievements.
  • Stay informed about studio events, promotions, fitness challenges, and corporate initiatives to effectively assist members.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently while taking ownership of your contributions to the studio’s overall success.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized studio environment.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Preferred 1-3 years of sales experience.
  • Comfortable using new technologies, smartphones, and computers.
  • Must possess a growth mindset with a genuine passion for helping others.
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and professionalism are essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and member inquiries simultaneously.
