We are currently seeking enthusiastic, sales-driven professionals to join our team at the Lakeside Costco location as passionate brand ambassadors for nutritional supplements produced by Qunol and Zena, including Liquid Collagen and Super Greens.

Our representatives will undergo training aimed at promoting sales through active engagement, showcasing the features, benefits, and value of our well-regarded products, such as Super Greens, Liquid Collagen, Pure Colostrum Powder, CoQ10, Magnesium, and various Turmeric products.

Available Demo Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM, with all days open for scheduling. Saturdays and Sundays offer the most lucrative commission potential.

This part-time sales role is ideal for individuals looking to supplement their income.

Compensation:

  • Starting at $26 per hour, with bonuses awarded for exceeding sales quotas.
  • W-2 employment status.
  • Comprehensive promotional kit and bi-weekly payment via direct deposit.
  • Average earnings for brand ambassadors range from $200 to $300 per day, with top performers earning over $500 daily.

Bonus Structure:
The bonus system is based on the sale of multiple products available at Costco. Below is a breakdown of potential earnings based on sales performance. Shifts occur from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM, allowing opportunities for sales during this time when customers are actively purchasing our products:

  • Sell 30 units of Super Greens to earn $90 in commission.
  • Sell 20 units of Liquid Collagen to earn $60 in commission.
  • Sell 5 units of Liquid CoQ10 (not on sale) to earn $15 in commission.

Sales Promoter Responsibilities:

  • Engage and interact with Costco members to promote various brands supplied by our company.
  • Represent yourself and our company with competence and professionalism within Costco.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service on behalf of Direct Demo to all Costco members.
  • Stay updated with scheduling information and other communications from your manager.
  • Participate in regularly scheduled paid compliance calls with your team and/or regional manager.
  • Be capable of lifting and transporting a 2’ x 4’ folding table (approximately 20 pounds) between your vehicle and the store, as well as handling product, demonstration supplies, and sales materials at the start and end of each shift.
  • Maintain the ability to stand for prolonged periods.
  • Work independently, without direct supervision, as the sole representative at your location.

Requirements:

  • Outgoing personality with the confidence to approach and engage customers.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Direct sales experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in email and basic computer/mobile device operations.
