Job Fair Details

  • Date: Wednesday, July 9th
  • Time: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
  • Location: 600 Mondial Parkway, Streetsboro, OH
  • Parking: Available in the main parking lot; please enter through the Visitor’s entrance.

Shift Hours & Compensation
We offer 12-hour rotational shifts:

  • Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM, $20/hr
  • Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM, $22/hr

Job Responsibilities

  • Operate and adjust machinery as necessary to meet quality and production standards.
  • Follow work orders, specifications, and verbal/written instructions effectively. Utilize hand tools such as rubber hammers, wrenches, screwdrivers, and pliers, in addition to measuring devices.
  • Acquire and load in-process work according to prescribed procedures.
  • Make machine adjustments in line with established protocols.
  • Monitor and set controls for operational parameters such as speed, feed, and tension.
  • Process finished work by applying side plates to cores, identifying, weighing, and storing products appropriately.
  • Continually assess product quality to uphold standards.
  • Collect samples during production to ensure quality assurance.
  • Maintain production logs and documentation regarding production details.
  • Identify and report defective materials or unusual conditions to supervision.
  • Keep the workspace, storage areas, machinery, and related equipment clean and orderly, adhering to safety regulations.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and mathematical skills.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Proficiency in using measuring tape.
  • Capability to lift up to 40 lbs safely.
