Company: Allied Universal

Location: Lansing, MI

Pay: $19.25 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $19.25 for a Security Officer position at a biotech company in Lansing, MI, is generally considered competitive but may vary based on experience, qualifications, and specific job responsibilities. As of 2023, the average hourly wage for security officers in Michigan typically ranges from $15 to $25, depending on factors such as industry, location, and skill required. In the context of the biotech sector, which often demands heightened security measures due to sensitive and high-value materials, this rate may be on the lower end of industry standards. Nevertheless, it’s important to consider the overall compensation package, local cost of living, and job benefits when evaluating competitiveness.
