Job description:

As a Security Officer – Concierge Patrol based in Detroit, MI, you will play a vital role in safeguarding clients across various sectors. Pay Rate: $17.65 / Hour
Job Schedule:

  • Saturday: 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM
  • Sunday: 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and visitors by implementing security procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities at the front desk when necessary.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations with a calm and solution-oriented approach.
  • Monitor access to the facility, verify identification, and facilitate visitor management.
  • Maintain accurate logs and reports of security-related incidents and daily activities.
  • Communicate effectively with management and emergency personnel as required to address security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience in access control or badge management is preferred.
  • Proficiency with computers or tablets is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles, and 21 years of age for armed roles.
  • Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent, or a minimum of 5 years of verifiable work experience.
  • Applicants will undergo a background investigation as part of employment requirements, in compliance with all relevant laws.
