We are currently seeking Full-Time Security Officers, with a starting pay of $15.25 per hour. Candidates must be available to work on weekends and follow a first-shift schedule. This role requires the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. No prior experience is necessary, as we offer training for all new hires. As a Security Officer, you will provide outstanding service and protection to clients across various sectors, including Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, and Government.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by implementing safety and security procedures as well as site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when necessary.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and its perimeter, adapting to varying work environments and conditions as dictated by client sites.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21 years or older for armed roles.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required, or at least five years of verifiable experience.
  • Applicants will undergo a background investigation, in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Criminal histories will be considered in a manner compliant with applicable laws.
  • Candidates will also be subject to a drug screening to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements may be dictated by state and/or local laws and regulations and may need to be met prior to employment.
  • Valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.
