As a Security Officer – Front Desk in Detroit, MI, you will play a vital role in safeguarding clients across various industries. Job Schedule: Day Time
- Saturday: 04:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- Sunday: 04:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and visitors by executing security-related procedures and adhering to site-specific policies.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and effectively.
- Monitor access to the site, greeting and assisting visitors as necessary.
- Maintain accurate logs and reports of daily activities and incidents occurring at the front desk.
- Communicate with site management and emergency services as appropriate.
Minimum Requirements:
- Proficiency in using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is advantageous.
- Candidates must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles and 21 years old for armed roles.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required, or five years of verifiable experience.
- Successful candidates will undergo a background investigation per federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in compliance with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will also be subject to a drug screening as permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements may be subject to state and local laws and may need to be met prior to employment.
