Job description:

As a Security Officer – Unarmed Patrol in Portage, MI, you will play a vital role in safeguarding clients across various industries. Job Schedule: Daytime

  • Friday: 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM
  • Saturday: 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exemplary customer service by adhering to security protocols, site-specific policies, and, when necessary, emergency response procedures.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, employing effective problem-solving skills.
  • Conduct both regular and random patrols of the property and its perimeters; please note that working environments and conditions may vary by location.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A valid driver’s license is mandatory per AU Driver Policy Requirements.
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed positions.
  • Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or have a minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience.
  • Employment is contingent upon background checks in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws.
