Job Title: Security Site Supervisor
Company: Securitas
Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Pay: $19.5 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $19.50 for a “Security Site Supervisor” in Grand Rapids, MI, is relatively low compared to industry standards. Generally, security supervisors in similar roles typically earn between $20 and $30 per hour, depending on experience and specific responsibilities, particularly in urban areas where security demands may be higher. While this rate may be competitive for entry-level positions or in smaller firms, it may not attract experienced professionals or fulfill the expectations for compensation in larger organizations or those requiring specialized skills. Overall, the offered rate may limit the talent pool and could lead to challenges in retention and attracting qualified candidates.
