GREAT SCHEDULES

  • Four-day work week: Sunday through Thursday
  • Shifts from 1 PM until completion

Responsibilities

  • Operate an electric pallet jack or forklift to hand-select orders accurately and safely within various warehouse temperature environments.
  • Stack products on pallets following proper procedures.
  • Stage pallets for loading at designated outbound dock locations.
  • Maintain established selection rates across different temperature zones.
  • Shrink-wrap products for secure transit, using manual or machine methods.
  • Conduct daily safety inspections on material handling equipment.
  • Safely operate all equipment associated with your role.
  • Employ proper lifting techniques and adhere to Company standards for safety, attendance, and conduct.
  • Report any unsafe conditions or accidents to your supervisor immediately.
  • Attend all required Company meetings.
  • Comply with NDCP’s Good Distribution Practices.
  • Assist with maintaining orderliness and general housekeeping in the warehouse.
  • Cross-train in other functions and perform additional warehouse duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work in various temperature-controlled environments: Dry (ambient), Cooler (34°F), and Freezer (-10°F).
  • Capability to lift up to 55 lbs.
  • Proficient in operating a shrink-wrap machine and manually shrink-wrapping products.
  • Experience with powered industrial trucks (forklift, pallet jack, high lift).
  • Flexibility to work varying days and hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent education and/or experience.
  • Strong desire to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Basic knowledge of shipping and warehouse procedures preferred.
  • Familiarity with food handling regulations preferred.
  • Electric pallet jack experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Voice Picking and Vocollect technology preferred.
  • Forklift and RF Gun experience preferred.
