Responsibilities:

• Execute daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure thorough cleaning and sanitation of all areas in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Adhere to infection control and universal precautions policies to sustain a sanitary environment.
• Foster positive interactions with residents, staff, and guests, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred, though not required.
• Maintain a positive demeanor and effectively communicate with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership to fulfill daily responsibilities.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Capacity to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, and stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously.
• Comfortable working with cleaning products.
• Capable of following both oral and written instructions for daily tasks.
• Residency within the service area is required.
