Responsibilities:

• Execute daily housekeeping duties, including the cleaning of resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and office spaces.
• Adhere to established cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure safety and hygiene.
• Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Follow infection control protocols and universal precautions to maintain a sanitary environment.
• Foster positive interactions with residents, staff, and guests, ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and effective communication skills with residents, administrative staff, and HCSG leadership.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is required.
• Ability to lift and carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull up to 50 pounds, and engage in standing, sitting, bending, and walking for extended durations.
• Capable of performing routine, repetitive tasks consistently.
• Willingness to work with cleaning products safely.
• Ability to follow both oral and written instructions and execute daily repetitive tasks.
• Residency within the service area is required.
