In this essential role, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, representing Champion Windows and Home Exteriors at various events, and driving the success of our field marketing initiatives.

Hourly Base Pay: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour plus commission.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and Planning: Identify effective outreach areas, assess staffing requirements, and create/manage Field Marketer schedules. Research local events to maximize exposure.
  • Team Management: Support the hiring, training, and development of Field Marketers, ensuring clear expectations and supervising field activities.
  • Accuracy and Compliance: Ensure all appointments secured by Field Marketers are precise and complete, adhering to budget constraints and return on investment goals.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products to effectively answer customer inquiries and demonstrate offerings at events.
  • Client Engagement: Actively engage potential prospects through canvassing, home shows, conventions, festivals, and fairs.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate in-home estimate appointments for our sales team.
  • Event Support: Oversee the setup and breakdown of event booths.
  • Culture: Foster a positive company culture.
  • Technology Use: Leverage mobile technologies for data entry and tracking purposes.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of supervisory experience in field marketing or outside sales.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and proven track record in engaging prospects.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Clean driving record and reliable transportation; valid driver’s license required.
  • Availability for weekends and flexible hours as needed.
