Responsibilities:

  • Research and Planning: Strategically map areas for effective outreach, assess staffing needs, and manage schedules for Field Marketers while identifying relevant events in the area.
  • Team Management: Assist in the recruitment, training, and establishment of clear expectations for Field Marketers. Supervise field activities and address any performance-related issues.
  • Accuracy and Compliance: Ensure all appointments generated by Field Marketers are accurate and comprehensive, while adhering to budget constraints and return on investment standards.
  • Product Knowledge: Cultivate a thorough understanding of our products to effectively engage with customers and demonstrate offerings at events.
  • Client Engagement: Proactively engage potential prospects through canvassing, home shows, conventions, festivals, and fairs.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate in-home estimate appointments for our sales team.
  • Event Support: Oversee the setup and breakdown of booths at events.
  • Culture: Foster a positive company culture through collaboration and support.
  • Technology Use: Utilize mobile technologies for data entry and tracking purposes.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of supervisory experience in field marketing or outside sales.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Self-motivated with a competitive spirit and a proven record of effective prospect engagement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Clean driving record and reliable transportation; valid driver’s license required.
  • Availability to work weekends and flexibility in hours as needed.
  • Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
  • Physical capacity to stand for up to 8-10 hours and walk for 4-8 hours.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
