Job description:

Sodexo is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to provide support for multiple Corporate Service accounts within the Food and Facilities Management segment. This remote position requires occasional travel to Youngstown, OH.

As a member of the Corporate Services Marketing team, the Senior Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote products and services, enhance brand awareness, and drive sales. The role encompasses marketing support across various channels, including Sodexo Technical Services/Roth, Facilities Management, Energy & Resources, and the Sodexo Dynamix brands.

Key responsibilities include: graphic design support, event management, social media planning and execution, analysis of market trends and competition, creation of marketing and training materials, tradeshow planning and execution, website management, content creation, budget management, and fostering communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with managers, clients, the District Manager, and Vice President on all marketing-related matters to establish and maintain a solid, mutually beneficial business relationship.
  • Coordinate and direct marketing activities throughout the enterprise, working through subordinate managers, supervisors, and frontline employees.
  • Plan and execute social media initiatives, as well as manage website content.
  • Design and create marketing materials in collaboration with branding teams for each client and account.

Qualifications:
