This position is located on-site at our Columbus, Ohio office, with a hybrid option available following 60 days of employment.

Minimum Requirements

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in network and server management, demonstrating increased technical responsibility
  • At least 2 years of help desk experience
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a collaborative team approach, as this role serves as an escalation point for Tier I and II Technicians
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently
  • Proficient in resolving desktop and laptop issues, along with advanced network complications
  • Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and Windows Server operating systems
  • Experience with Hyper-V, VMWare, Microsoft Azure, 365 Admin, SharePoint, Exchange Online, and SQL
  • Comfortable engaging with customers, multitasking, and managing various responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or a related field
  • CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ certifications
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
  • Microsoft 365 platform certifications

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement network infrastructure builds and modifications
  • Oversee the planning and execution of migration services for clients
  • Configure and deploy firewalls, switches, access points, and associated hardware
  • Troubleshoot complex network and server issues
  • Manage help desk activities by opening, addressing, and closing help desk tickets
  • Respond to incoming support calls and emails
  • Provide support for mobile devices, desktops, and laptops
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS, Server OS, virtualization, and macOS
  • Migrate user data as needed

Licenses and Registrations

  • Valid driver’s license

Physical Demands

The individual in this role is regularly required to communicate verbally and audibly.
