We are currently seeking a hospitality-focused Server to enhance our culinary team. This role involves comprehensive, hands-on serving functions within our community.

Key Responsibilities of a Dining Room Server:

  • Consistently uphold community standards for cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
  • Ensure adherence to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards at all times.
  • Maintain the dining room’s appearance and presentation standards.
  • Set tables and keep workstations in proper order; take orders and provide service and requested items with graciousness and courtesy. Address any inquiries regarding menu items.
  • Serve customers with proper etiquette while promoting an inviting dining atmosphere.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of sophomore year in high school is required.
  • Previous experience in food service is preferred.
  • Experience working with seniors is preferred.

The hourly rate for this position is $17.00/hr.
