We are currently seeking positive, reliable, and enthusiastic Full-time Servers to join our team.

Position: Server – Full Time

Server Responsibilities:

  • Accurately take food orders, relay them to kitchen staff, and deliver meals to residents and guests in a timely manner.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by attending to the needs of residents.
  • Respond promptly to requests from residents or guests.
  • Immediately report any resident comments or concerns to the Dining Services Manager and assist with bussing and resetting tables.
  • Provide in-room services as needed.
  • Complete all assigned side work.
  • Adhere to all state and county health codes regarding food handling.
  • Participate in all in-service training and pre-shift meetings.
  • Handle china, glassware, and equipment safely to minimize breakage.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by preventing accidents, preserving equipment, and following safe working practices.
  • Uphold a positive and professional demeanor towards all residents, visitors, and coworkers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills:

  • Proven experience in a server role.
  • Familiarity with using cutting tools, cookware, and bakeware.
  • Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (e.g., grilling, baking, boiling).
  • Strong ability to follow sanitation procedures.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good physical condition and stamina.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma from a culinary school is a plus.
