Morrison Living is actively seeking a full-time Server Lead to join our team immediately.
- Location: Clark at Keller Lake, 2499 Forest Hill Avenue Southeast, Grand Rapids, MI 49546.
- Schedule: Full-time, Tuesday through Saturday, from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Further details will be provided during the interview.
- Requirements: Prior experience in food service and supervisory roles is preferred.
- Compensation: $20.00 per hour.

Job Summary: The Server Lead is committed to taking and delivering food and drink orders while ensuring an enjoyable dining experience and maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary communication link between unit management and staff for all work-related requests.
- Train and orient new associates to our company culture, client expectations, and operational procedures.
- Exhibit a thorough understanding of all menu items and their ingredients.
- Address and resolve complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
- Assist in employee selection and orientation, along with overseeing staff training in designated areas of responsibility.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
