We are currently seeking a hospitality-focused Server to join our culinary team. This role encompasses comprehensive hands-on serving responsibilities within our community.

Key Responsibilities of a Dining Room Server:

  • Uphold community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization at all times.
  • Ensure adherence to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards consistently.
  • Maintain the dining room’s aesthetic and presentation standards.
  • Set tables and keep workstations in optimal order. Take orders and provide service along with requested items graciously and courteously, while also responding to inquiries regarding menu items.
  • Serve customers utilizing proper etiquette, fostering an inviting dining atmosphere.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of sophomore year completion in high school is required.
  • Prior experience in food service is preferred.
  • Experience working with seniors is highly desirable.
