Job Description
Job Title: Server (Restaurant)
Company: Kewadin Casinos
Location: Saint Ignace, MI
Pay: $9.64 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $9.64 for a Server position in Saint Ignace, MI, is below the national average for restaurant servers, which typically ranges from $12 to $15 per hour, depending on experience and location. While some servers earn lower wages plus tips, the base pay suggested here does not seem competitive, especially given that the minimum wage in Michigan is higher than this amount. Considering the cost of living in Saint Ignace and the role’s reliance on tips, this pay may dissuade prospective candidates or indicate a low-value perception for the role within the local market. Overall, this rate does not align well with industry standards or expectations for this position.
