Job Title: Server/Wait staff

Company: Homestead

Location: Madison Heights, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 for a Server/Wait Staff position in Madison Heights, MI, is slightly below the average for similar roles in the area, where typical rates range from $15 to $20 per hour depending on experience and establishment type. While this rate can be competitive for entry-level positions, it may not attract experienced workers or those seeking higher-compensation roles, especially considering Michigan’s minimum wage and the potential for tips, which are significant in the food service industry. Overall, while $15/hour is adequate, it may limit the allure of the position in a competitive job market.
