Job Title: Server/Wait staff

Company: The Reserve at Red Run

Location: Southfield, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a Server/Wait Staff position in Southfield, MI, is generally below the typical industry standard, which often ranges from $17 to $20 per hour before tips, depending on experience and establishment type. While this rate may be competitive for entry-level positions or smaller establishments, it does not fully align with the expectations in larger restaurants or places with a higher cost of living. Additionally, considering factors like local minimum wage laws and the average earnings from tips, this rate may limit the attractiveness of the role to potential applicants.
