– Cultivate strong relationships with staff, demonstrating flexibility to accommodate scheduling needs, fostering a welcoming and enjoyable workplace, and providing constructive performance feedback and professional development plans through timely evaluations to minimize employee turnover.
– Manage all FOH interpersonal staff conflicts, including call-offs, progressive disciplinary actions, and terminations, in collaboration with the General Manager.
– Create weekly FOH schedules that meet labor budget constraints, promote fairness among staff, and align with business flow.
– Maintain ongoing communication with the General Manager and maintenance team to identify and resolve high-priority needs promptly until completion.
– Prioritize cleanliness as an essential operation, implementing regular weekly and daily cleaning schedules, identifying and delegating larger tasks, and ensuring follow-through.
– Ensure compliance with server tip credit and dual job regulations.
– Adhere to standards regarding attendance, uniforms, atmosphere, and overall environment in alignment with the company’s BB Basics.
– Achieve 100% table touches through the dot program.
– Communicate any food quality issues or guest suggestions to the BOH Manager and General Manager.
– Oversee accuracy in drive-time and carryout service.
– Facilitate ongoing training for FOH staff, including G.R.A.C.E. training, GFR Rewards, as well as develop leadership and promotion opportunities within the team.
– Directly supervise the Guest Service Specialist (GSS) team.
– Ensure that all menu items, including food, beverages, seasonal offerings, tabletop promotional advertisements, and current promotional materials are updated and replenished as necessary through the commissary.
