Job Description
Job Title: Special Events Coordinator – Farmer’s Market (Part-Time)
Company: Canton Township
Location: Canton, MI
Pay: $18.49 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $18.49 for a “Special Events Coordinator – Farmer’s Market (Part-Time)” position in Canton, MI, falls slightly below the national average for similar roles, which typically range from $20 to $25 per hour, depending on experience and the specific duties of the job. In Michigan, hourly wages for event coordinators can vary, but many positions tend to pay closer to $20 or more, especially when factoring in local cost of living and demand for skilled workers in the event planning sector. Thus, while $18.49 is within a reasonable range for a part-time role, it may be considered less competitive compared to industry standards, and offering a higher wage could attract more qualified candidates.
