The Food & Beverage team plays a crucial role in ensuring a consistent and enjoyable experience for our guests by maintaining fresh, well-stocked, and accurately priced products on the sales floor. As experts in operations, processes, and efficiency, this team oversees all aspects of food and food services, including replenishment, inventory accuracy, food safety, presentation, pricing, and promotional signage.

• Delivering a consistent Starbucks experience by managing quality and freshness of food products.

While each day in this role is dynamic, a typical day will include the following responsibilities:

• Providing an exceptional guest experience by ensuring freshness and abundance in the shopping environment during all operational hours, prioritizing guest needs over tasks.
• Upholding the execution of Food & Beverage Standards.
• Executing food and beverage processes, including deliveries, replenishment, inventory routines, cleaning, and organizing reserve products.
• Staying informed about current and upcoming promotions within Starbucks.
• Following Target and Starbucks routines to deliver a seamless guest experience while efficiently completing tasks and maintaining food safety.
• Supporting the Starbucks Drive Up process to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of digital guest orders.
• Maintaining an inviting dining area for guests throughout your shift.
• Engaging with guests to exceed their expectations in accordance with Starbucks standards.
• Crafting handmade beverages and food items as per specifications outlined in recipe cards.
• Complying with all food safety requirements, including monitoring temperature-sensitive food items.
