Responsibilities:
– Provide a warm welcome to customers, delivering exceptional service throughout their visit.
– Create memorable experiences by preparing quality food and beverages tailored to customer preferences, while adhering to safety and efficiency standards.
– Mentor and guide team members in task prioritization and team collaboration.
– Monitor in-store inventory to ensure that products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily accessible to our customers.
– Maintain cleanliness in the store, kitchen, and dining areas to uphold our standards of excellence.

Qualifications:
– Ability to multitask, perform repetitive bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds, with the capacity to assist another individual in lifting 40 pounds.
– Must be at least 18 years of age (Virginia state law requires Supervisors to be 21 years of age or older to perform certain tasks).
