As a member of the Professional Services Internal Training team, you will collaborate with a diverse group of professionals including Consultants, Product Architects, Solution Architects, Project Managers, Industry Experts, Orchestrators, Sales Managers, and Product Development teams. Your responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with the Services team to develop training content for Americas Services Consultants, PreSales, and Sales Delivery Orchestrators
- Supporting data gathering efforts to compile biographies for customers, employees, and processes
- Building an interactive orchestration model website to facilitate company-wide training
- Creating tools for ongoing maintenance of new hire and existing employee biographies
- Assisting with logistics for training events, including the Americas Consulting Conference
- Engaging with new acquisition management to assess existing training content and identify future training needs
- Supporting logistics for internal training programs such as Genesis, SAPL, and Advantage
- Collaborating with your team to estimate, plan, and schedule deliverables and tasks
Organization Requirements:
- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student majoring in Computer Science or Information Technology
- Proficiency in web-based development tools such as SharePoint or PHP with servers like Apache or JBoss
- Familiarity with JavaScript or Python is advantageous
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide regular status updates
- A self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills
The hourly wage for this position ranges from $18.00 to $50.00, with actual compensation influenced by the candidate’s work location, degree type, and relevant education.
