Responsibilities

  • Efficiently prepare the sauna room following guest departures, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for the next appointment
  • Process towel shipments and uphold the cold towel service
  • Assemble towel bundles for convenient guest access
  • Greet and welcome clients with enthusiasm
  • Assist Sales Associates with various tasks, including sales support and back-of-house operations
  • Address guest inquiries and conduct studio tours for newcomers
  • Previous customer service experience is advantageous!
