Job Title: SUPPORT SERVICES-UTILITY (FULL TIME AND PART TIME)

Company: Compass Group

Location: Detroit, MI

Pay: $16 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $16 for a “Support Services-Utility” role in Detroit, MI, is on the lower end of the spectrum when considering industry standards. As of 2023, the average pay for similar positions in the region generally ranges from $18 to $25 per hour, depending on the specific responsibilities, level of experience, and the employing organization. While $16 may be competitive for entry-level positions or part-time work, it could be less attractive for full-time roles, especially given the rising cost of living and wage growth trends. Overall, this rate might limit applicant interest and retention in a competitive job market.
