Requirements:

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and Aqua-Tots procedures
• Attend monthly in-service training
• Track student progress through various skill levels
• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
• Conduct 4-6 hour shifts, teaching 8 to 9 classes consecutively
• Availability for at least one weekend shift from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. (Saturday or Sunday)

Responsibilities of a Swim Instructor:
As a Swim Instructor, you will play a crucial role in shaping the lives of our students. You will create and implement lesson plans, conduct both group and individual lessons, and provide constructive feedback to students and their parents.

Additionally, you will ensure the safety of all participants in the pool area and maintain a tidy and organized teaching environment. No prior teaching experience is needed, as we offer comprehensive training for all new instructors. However, a passion for swimming, a positive attitude, and the ability to connect with children are essential for success in this role.
