Requirements:

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and Aqua-Tots procedures
• Attend monthly in-service training
• Monitor and track student swim progress across levels
• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
• Work 4-6 hour shifts teaching back-to-back classes
• Availability for at least one weekend shift from 8:30 AM to 3 PM (Saturday or Sunday)

What Does a Swim Instructor Do?
As a Swim Instructor, you will have the chance to change the lives of our students daily. Responsibilities include teaching swimming lessons to children of varying ages and skill levels, assisting them in developing water safety skills and enhancing their swimming abilities. Your daily tasks will encompass creating and executing lesson plans, conducting both group and individual lessons, and providing constructive feedback to students and their parents.

You will also ensure the safety of all participants in the pool area while maintaining a clean and organized teaching space. No prior teaching experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training for all new instructors. However, a deep passion for swimming, a positive demeanor, and the ability to interact effectively with children are crucial for success in this role.
