Requirements:

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and Aqua-Tots procedures
• Attend monthly in-service training sessions
• Track student swim progression through various levels
• Provide exemplary customer service to all guests
• Perform 4-6 hour shifts, teaching 8 or 9 back-to-back classes
• Availability to work one weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday) from 8:30 AM to 3 PM

What Does a Swim Instructor Do?
As a Swim Instructor, you will have the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our students daily. You will teach swimming lessons to children of all ages and skill levels, helping them develop essential water safety skills and improve their swimming abilities. Responsibilities will include creating and implementing lesson plans, conducting both group and individual lessons, and providing constructive feedback to students and their parents.

Safety is paramount; you will ensure the well-being of all participants in the pool area while maintaining a clean and organized teaching space. No previous teaching experience is required, as we offer comprehensive training for all new instructors. However, a passion for swimming, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively with children are crucial for success in this role.
