This onsite position allows you to engage directly with students in our state-of-the-art facility. We offer a competitive starting pay of $15+/hour, enabling you to earn while pursuing your passion.
We are looking to fill this position urgently, with a hiring process that can take less than one week.

Requirements:
– Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
– Adhere to all safety guidelines and Aqua-Tots procedures
– Attend monthly in-service training sessions
– Track student progress through various skill levels
– Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
– Capability to conduct 4- to 6-hour shifts, teaching 8 to 9 classes in succession
– Availability to work one weekend shift from 8:30 AM to 3 PM (Saturday or Sunday)

What does a Swim Instructor do?
As a Swim Instructor, you will make a daily impact on our students’ lives by teaching swimming lessons to children of varying ages and skill levels. Your responsibilities will include creating and executing lesson plans, conducting both group and individual lessons, and offering constructive feedback to students and their parents. You will also be tasked with ensuring the safety of all participants in the pool area and maintaining a clean and organized teaching environment. No prior teaching experience is required; we provide thorough training for new instructors. However, a passion for swimming, a positive demeanor, and the ability to connect with children are essential for success in this role.
