Requirements:
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and Aqua-Tots procedures
- Participate in monthly in-service training
- Track student progress throughout the levels
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all guests
- Conduct 4-6 hour shifts teaching 8 or 9 back-to-back classes
- Availability to work one weekend shift from 8:30 AM to 3 PM (Saturday or Sunday)

What Does a Swim Instructor Do?
As a Swim Instructor, you will play a critical role in shaping the swim experience for our students each day. Responsibilities include developing and implementing lesson plans, conducting both group and individual lessons, and providing constructive feedback to students and their parents.
You will ensure the safety of all participants in the pool area while maintaining a clean and organized teaching environment. While prior teaching experience is not required, a passion for swimming, a positive attitude, and excellent interpersonal skills with children are essential for success in this role.
