Primary Responsibilities:
– Deliver swim instruction in line with the Goldfish Swim School curriculum.
– Enforce safety regulations to prevent accidents.
– Assess student progress and complete necessary documentation promptly.
– Engage with parents/guardians regarding student swim skill development and activities.
– Serve as a Goldfish Swim School “ambassador” to ensure customer satisfaction.
– Utilize problem-solving and creative thinking skills to address challenges faced by students.
– Inspect pool areas before and after classes for maintenance, cleanliness, or damage, and report any issues to management as needed.
– Maintain proper storage of all pool equipment and manage lane line placement and removal.
– Report accidents and incidents to management, completing required documentation.
– Perform light cleaning duties, such as window washing, deck mopping, and trash removal, as necessary.
– Attend mandated workshops and in-service training sessions outside of regular work hours.
